*Our Inventory: The art in our gallery, with few exceptions, has been bought directly from the artist. We do not take art on consignment, as we feel it is important for the artists to be paid immediately. Many of our artists depend on revenues from the sale of their art as a sole source of income, so one of our main priorities is to give artist their working capital.

*Artist/Art: We have art by over 100 artists in our inventory. Because of our large collection, we cannot show all works on our website. Feel free to ask about other artist or other works, as we can email images and prices on request.TOLL FREE NUMBER 888-304-3655.

*Payment: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, money orders and personal checks. If you do use a personal check, please include your driver’s license number and state of issue on the check.

*Sales Tax: All North Carolina residents must pay a 6.75%or current sales tax

*Shipping: We generally ship with U.S. Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation,with a mimimum shipping charge of $9.95. Often this covers shipping in the continental U.S., but because of weight and distance, other shipping charges may be applied. Combined shipping can save money, if several items can be shipped in one container. For $1.50 per hundred dollars, you can also buy insurance. We can also ship UPS/Federal Express/DSL or use other services if you request. Once mailed, you should be receiving your art within 3-5 days, in the continental U.S... European orders generally take 7-12 days, via airmail.

*Returns: Art may be returned for a full refund, within ten business days. The art must be in its original condition and this does not include shipping charges. You may also use returned art as credit towards the purchase of another piece of art.

*Layaway: You may layaway a piece of art with 25% down and the balance to be paid within 90 days. It is preferred that you make three equal payments until balance is paid in full. Shipping and sales tax, if applicable, will be added on last payment.

*Privacy: Information about our customers is never shared, sold or divulged to a third party. All credit card sales are processed through a secure system and checks are electronically deposited using a Lip Check Reader. Canceled checks will be returned with the receipt. Every effort is made to keep all information secure and private.

*Availability: We will try and keep our listings as current as possible, but in the event there is a mistake and we no longer have a piece shown on our website, we will issue an immediate and complete refund.
